Wednesday Sep 23, 2020
What do you do when you have done all you can to protect your family from Covid-19 but it still crosses your doorstep? That is exactly what happened to my family and I. Despite our best efforts, the coronavirus still impacted our entire household.
In this week's episode, I am sharing our family's experience with Covid-19. This experience was scary and terrifying but we made it through.
What we discuss:
- how Covid found its way into our home
- what worked for us to manage the symptoms
- the struggles (mental, physical, and emotional) that accompany this illness
- lessons learned and how we beat Covid-19
This episode shares our experience and what worked for us and is not a substitute for medical advice. None of the remedies or methods mentioned in this episode serve as as substitute for medical advice. Should you or someone you know develop symptoms or become ill with Covid, seek medical attention and follow the instructions of your medical provider.
