Formerly More Than a Mother and Through The S4L Lens, Through Her Lens is where real stories of love, growth, and comebacks take center stage.
Hosted by digital storyteller and creative strategist Neeta B, this podcast explores the moments that shift us—personally, culturally, and emotionally. From concert recaps and case studies to raw reflections and life lessons, Neeta brings her full self to the mic: unfiltered, unshaken, and unapologetically evolving.
This isn’t just storytelling—it’s reclamation. A reminder that your voice still matters, your growth still counts, and your story isn’t over.
🎧 New episodes every week through the lens of someone who’s been there, came back, and chose herself—louder, freer, and on purpose.

Today marks 6 years since I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I’ve got a lot to say.
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what this journey has really looked like: the fear, the grief, the strength, the surrender… and everything in between. MS changed my life, but it also taught me how to live in a way I never did before.
This isn’t just about chronic illness. It’s about learning how to listen to your body. About learning how to slow down, let go of guilt, and ask for help. It’s about unlearning everything I thought I had to be—and rebuilding from a place of truth.
Whether you live with MS, love someone who does, or are just navigating your own invisible battles… this one is for you.
In this episode:
– What I wish I knew when I was diagnosed
– The emotional weight of living with an unpredictable condition
– The power of grace, rest, and advocating for yourself
– Why I no longer live to prove I’m “okay”
Let’s talk about the things we carry, the strength we don’t always show, and the freedom that comes from honoring your body.
